From a long line of artisanal butchers, the Verot House exists since 1930 and is well-known because of its expertise and the respect of traditions. Using high quality products, Gilles Verot creates a gastronomic and innovative cooked meats.
After the opening of their first shop, in the 6th district, they came in the 15th district, at 7 rue Lecourbe, near Vic Eiffel Hotel.
They made an association with the reputed chef Daniel Boulud and started to work in London and New-York. Nowadays, they continue to expand themselves with a new pop-up store in Galeries Lafayettes on Boulevard Haussman in Paris.
Today, Gilles Verot is publishing a recipe book called « Un charcutier dans ma cuisine ». To all the amateurs, come to taste their specialities such as the famous head cheese.
